Once you are in the WebEx session you will want to test your two-way audio with the teleconference number in the pop up window or by joining the Integrated VoIP.
-
For teleconference: You will be prompted by a pop-up window, or click on "Communicate" in the menu, and then "Join Teleconference". A window will appear with the toll-free number to call. Follow the voice instructions on the phone.
-
For VoIP: Our classrooms also have two-way VoIP capability. If you choose to join VoIP, you should be automatically taken through the audio set up wizard. If not, leave the VoIP conference and go through the wizard under "Communicate" in the menu of the meeting.

|
|
The final step is to confirm that your Windows Media video player is configured properly. This test confirms you will be able to access your live and archived Windows Media files.
