Notes:

For video teleconferences (full 2-way video/audio) in which the connection is
made by placing an out-bound ISDN call, there will be additional charges
accumulating at a rate of approximately $1.80 per minute for U.S. calls.

** Full Presentation 2-way videoconference rate. (These rooms have the option of enhance
multimedia and electronic teaching systems with multiple cameras and video effects.)

Special Handling Duplication, Conversions and Editing

This requires frequent operator intervention in the recording process compared to
"Basic Duplication." Examples include copying several tapes to one tape, DVD or video files,
splicing video clips together, inserting billboards, recording multiple video files to CD, etc.
