Video Teleconferences (full 2-way video/audio)***

WebEx web-based conferencing originating from Missouri S&T -- add $2.40 per hour per site^

Room, videoconferencing, phone and/or WebEx and recording will be charged to the Campus Community Service account.

 
After regular work hours/weekends -- all teleconferences add $25.00/hr.

Tape / DVD / streaming video recording of teleconferences - add $5.00 per recording,
(with permission of all participants) plus media costs
(see "Media Formats and Costs"). ***

Notes:

For video teleconferences (full 2-way video/audio) in which the connection is
made by placing an out-bound ISDN call, there will be additional charges
accumulating at a rate of approximately $1.80 per minute for U.S. calls.

** Full Presentation 2-way videoconference rate. (These rooms have the option of enhance
multimedia and electronic teaching systems with multiple cameras and video effects.)

All teleconferences will be charged a 1 hour minimum charge.

If telephone conferencing, the remote sites will have toll-free access into Missouri S&T . International
calls are not included in these prices.

Basic Duplication, Conversions and Uploads

This includes tape, DVD, web-streaming video files - in all combinations, e.g,
tape-to-tape, tape-to-DVD, DVD-to-tape, etc. 

Tape, DVD and CD media costs are not included in these rates.

Special Handling Duplication, Conversions and Editing

This requires frequent operator intervention in the recording process compared to
"Basic Duplication." Examples include copying several tapes to one tape, DVD or video files,
splicing video clips together, inserting billboards, recording multiple video files to CD, etc.
