Getting To Know WebEx

Instructions for embedding videos in your Powerpoint presentation:

Go to: http://mstedu.webex.com
Log in under your account.
Click on "Assistance" , then "Support", in the left navigation bar.
Scroll down to Downloads and download the "WebEx Universal Communications Toolkit".

Under documentation, there is a .pdf file titled "Getting Started with WebEx Universal Communications Toolkit" to learn more about it.

If the download is successful, when you go to open Powerpoint, you will see a little WebEx toolbar, dead center of your Powerpoint window. With this toolbar you upload videos into Powerpoint, save the Powerpoint as a .UCF file, then your videos will be able to be shown in your WebEx presentations.

If you do not see this toolbar you must call WebEx support at 1-866-229-3239. They will take you through several steps to allow the download.
