Director Ross Haselhorst (573) 341-6997 email: rossh@mst.edu	As the Director of the VCC, Ross oversees the day-to-day operation of the Video Communications Center. He manages the personnel and resources of the VCC, as well as, implements the installation of equipment in the various video classrooms across the  Missouri S&T  campus. Ross also represents the University on various video technology committees.
Assistant Manager Dulce Grotha (573) 341-6363 email: grothad@mst.edu	The Assistant Manager, Dulce, directs the production of our Distance Education courses. She closely works with  Missouri S&T  Professors and our Video Production Specialists to ensure that our courses are produced in a professional and creative manner.
Chief Clerk Patrice Hatcher (573) 341-4526 email: phatcher@mst.edu	Patrice is responsible for scheduling video conferences and classes via the UM Video Network as well as courses via internet. She is also responsible for the accounting  and  clerical  duties of the office.

Our Video Production Specialists and Production Assistants are responsible for the direction of video classroom productions consisting of credit and non-credit courses over the UM Video Network and over the internet.

Video Communications Technicians

Our Video Communications Technicians maintain our equipment, construct and install modifications to our systems and are responsible for the installation of equipment in the various video classrooms across the Missouri S&T campus. They also troubleshoot with our distance students, helping them through any connectivity issues they may run up against.
