He manages the personnel and resources of the VCC, as well as, implements the installation of equipment in the various video classrooms across the Missouri S&T campus. Ross also represents the University on various video technology committees.

Our Video Production Specialists and Production Assistants are responsible for the direction of video classroom productions consisting of credit and non-credit courses over the UM Video Network and over the internet.

Video Communications Technicians

Our Video Communications Technicians maintain our equipment, construct and install modifications to our systems and are responsible for the installation of equipment in the various video classrooms across the Missouri S&T campus. They also troubleshoot with our distance students, helping them through any connectivity issues they may run up against.
